Reflected in deep pools, deep pools reflected

Shimmering the glass unseen, unseen the glass shimmering
Soulful eyes sought the meaning, meaning sought eyes soulful
She saw herself in a twinkle in a twinkle herself saw she
Portals to another world, another world’s portals
Deep within she looked, she looked deep within

All at once it shattered, shattered for once and all
Lost was something old, something old was lost
Now it would never be known, never be known now.
