Ok according ot the latest anti-drugs and drinking ad that I just saw, if you do drugs or drink, you will turn into a vampire.
There was this ad in which this guy is walking through a school pushing this big old mirror on wheels with him, and it is passing through all the people and they all look up and see themselves in the mirror before he comes to stop just before this kid, who looks up, and then cannot see his reflection in the mirror and this voice says. "Yours friends cannot always see the effects drugs and drinking has on them" or something to that affect.

It's not so bad, I hear
...being a vampire that is. I found an intriguing mystery series, "Posted to Death", "Faked to Death", "Decorated to Death" and "Baked to Death" by Dean James. I opened the first one to find that the main character is a gay vampire. I thought that sounded too silly. But somehow, for my taste anyway, he was able to pull it off. Sorry, I don't think this was what your post was about, but it made me think of these books. :)

That sounds intresting, I love vampire stories I have been fascinated with the vampire for near as long as I can remember and though in genreal I am not a fan of mystery, I like mysterious that are kind of different in some way from the usual
