i feel that i am not enjoying my present job anymore. financially, i am not receiving what i am truly entitled, they say just wait for my salary increase, but ive been waiting for months now. im the only engineer left, and ive often complained that i cannot do all the load alone. they say that they are looking for another engineer now, probably because we have another project by next month or their ears are already falling out because of my complaints .....

i asked my friend ruth, if there is a hiring at their work place. and she said yes, if by this month i wont be able to get my increase i guess it would be better for me to change jobs. time to think hard ....
