been busy for awhile. last monday, the performing arts group that my friend was handling had their recital, i was so exhausted dancing that even the day after my legs are still hurting. but i enjoyed my self. i havent been dancing lately, my project today occupies so much time and energy that i  cant visit their rehersals anymore. but this saturday, the group shall again be performing, and again, i am a guest artist.

my friend anna's mom died of old age yesteday. and my grandfather died, he is diabetic, he already had one leg cut due to his illness. diabetes runs in the family so i have to check my  health in the future.

i havent done any cross stitching lately too. i used to find peace with my needle, i think i shall get a design that i shall truly enjoy so i can start again...
