i do think that this is a second part of my earlier blog regarding the general contractor's engineers at the site. again the guy engineer shouted at site, but this time its not me he's scolding but my fellow supervisor who was doing the autocadd. i was coming down from the ceiling area when i saw them near my colleague, and when i was approaching them, both engrs from the gen con was shouting with Chris (my colleague). i was so surprised because they are angry with Chris for not having told them that he is already at site and did not go directly to their office at the basement area. and when they questioned me, why Chris is at the site area, i told them that he came with his boss. and if he was raising his voice with me the last time, this time he truly is shouting coz even my men was observing them if they would be fighting.

thankfully Chris is a professional. he just let them go on with their shouting, but he folded his laptop and packed his things. told them that they better talk to his boss. he made an incident letter, but we were not able to give it to the gen con's office because the japanese construction manager was not there anymore. tomorrow shall be another saga in this interesting professional ethics story.
