i guess i expected too much that this time paolo will have time to meet me today. i cooked kare kare (one of native fililino dishes, oxtail with peanut sauce) and i saved some for him because he mentioned that he likes it. so much for my effort, he called in midday to say that he's at home already because he's not feeling well. i am not expecting him to spend long hours with me today coz i know he has lots to do, but at least be appreciated that i cooked something for him and be able to give it to him, it wont even take an hour to give it to him, he can eat it elsewhere for all i care. after years of feeling unappreciated by my ex, it still hurts. because here is someone that i thought really liked me, but i guess im really not that important to him.
