What is a parallel universe?

This refers to a universe with worlds similar to ours where we also exist but, things may or may not be a bit different. A parallel universe is a part of fiction and only time will tell if parallel universes exist. Scientists today have a vague idea on this issue.

In this meditation program, I have bravely ventured to give an explanation of the phenomena of the parallel universe, which may or may not exist. I have based my complete writing on the premise that such parallel universes exist, maybe in very different forms, so it is our individual ability to discover these new dimensions.

This program has been specifically written with the intention of opening a person´s mind to the real or the unreal possibility of the existence of a parallel universe. I have attempted to make this quest for the Parallel Universe as interesting and believable as possible. It is similar to a story or a novel, a song or a movie, which we see, hear and believe.

Belief is a strong factor in whether we believe in something or not. We believe in things we do not see physically, we just know they exist. We believe in God, we believe in Electricity and we believe that we are alive, we believe that we will one day all reach the comforts of that special dimension called Heaven as well. The fact is that we have the faith and that matters most in life. We all need to believe in something positive and to have faith in someone and something positive, so that we can one day change our lives for the better. I do hope that you enjoy this course on the Parallel Universe.

THE PARALLEL UNIVERSE PROGRAM

I. MY AFFIRMATION: I BELIEVE

COLOUR: VIOLET

1. My Soul is Energy, it can neither be Created nor Destroyed.

2. Our body and Our Soul can and do experience Gravity.

3. Our Imagination can, does and will Create our New Universe.

4. Our Minds need to be Harnessed, Focused and induced to Create.

5. Visualizations can create an Empire and a World.

6. We Believe things we See, we can Believe things we Think. Whatever we Believe and Imagine does Exist on another plane of Existence.

7. The physical world needs Bricks, the alternative Universe needs the Concrete of Imagination and You are the Engineer and the Foreman or Forewoman.

8. You can be the Builder and the Architect of Your Universe. A trained Mind can See and Experience Eternity, while still in the present Realm of Existence.

9. You can populate Your Non-physical World with all the essential elements of life and Society.

10. A drug free imagination and Cosmic Creation, can be a Reality, not a Hallucination.

VISUALIZATION: I am bathed in violet light, as I close my eyes and meditate on the concept of the Parallel Universe. I know that this Parallel Universe will be revealed to me. This parallel universe is close and very connected to my present reality. I clear the web of illusion, which this universe shows me, and I see the parallel universe in the alternate dimension. I Believe that such a parallel universe does exist. The concept of this parallel universe is real, therefore the parallel universe is real. Everything that is thought of does exist in space and time. No thought will enter our minds, if it is not a reality in some universe or plane of existence.

CHANT: I BELIEVE THAT THE PARALLEL UNIVERSE WILL BE REVEALED TO ME, AS IT IS A REALITY, WHICH I AM DESTINED TO ENTER AND EXPERIENCE.

PRACTICAL EXERCISE: I do research on the concept of the Parallel Universe on the web, in reference books and novels.

II. MY SOUL MEDITATION: I MEDITATE

COLOUR: INDIGO

1. Your Soul is filled with Feelings.

2. Your Soul cannot think with a physical brain, it feels its experiences.

3. Your Soul is drawn to things it likes, with its feelings and powerful emotions.

4. Your Soul moves away from Evil, with its compass of positive feelings and emotions.

5. Your Soul is Your Master and Commander to take you to the Far side of the Parallel Universe.

6. You Soul makes you who you are, your Soul defines your purpose in Life.

7. Your Soul has lived before, in another time, space and reality.

8. Your Soul is rich with all its past experiences and lessons.

9. Your Soul needs to complete its fulfilling Psychic existence, across all planes and dimensions of life, alternative realities and parallel universes.

10. Your Soul is your permanent Mentor and Friend,, it is a constant companion.

VISUALIZATION: I am bathed in Indigo light, as I meditate. I meditate on the concept of a parallel universe. I know that I will see and experience this web of parallel universe in space and time, which are a reality. I visualize lost civilizations. I see people living in their lost civilizations. I remember what I see and observe and then note them down in a scrap-book.

CHANT: I MEDITATE ON THE REALITY OF A PARALLEL UNIVERSE AND THE ILLUSIONS, WHICH ARE A REALITY IN THIS TIME. I MEDITATE ON THE FACT THAT PARALLEL UNIVERSES AND ALTERNATE REALITIES AND OTHER DIMENSIONS DO EXIST.

PRACTICAL EXERCISES: I do a lot of research into lost civilizations. I note down all interesting information I can find and then use this for my Creative visualization. There are so many lost civilizations we can rediscover, like the Greeks, Romans, Chinese and the Indus Valley Civilization.

III. MY HOME IN THE PARALLEL UNIVERSE: I CONSTRUCT

COLOUR: BLUE

1. Start building your Home in the Alternative Universe.

2. Build a Foundation with Mental Bricks, One-by-One, using Visualization.

3. Build your Foundation every day for up to ten minutes.

4. Keep building for a month, now get the walls and the roofs completed.

5. Put a roof to your home after a month, while remembering to have enough windows in each room, with a chimney on your rooftop.

6. Keep your metaphysical room warm and comfortable.

7. Fill your room with soft colored, elegant and comfortable furniture.

8. Fill your Home with different forms of positive Entertainment.

9. Fill your Home with positive people.

10. Fill your Home with all the positive energies of Peace and Love.

VISUALIZATION: I am bathed in Blue light as I meditate.

I construct my world in another dimension, in space and time. I use my

creative powers of imagination and construct a home which exists, in

my alternate reality and parallel universe.

CHANT: I CONSTRUCT MY PARALLEL UNIVERSE AND MAKE IT

A REAL PART OF MY PSYCHIC EXISTENCE. I CONSTRUCT

THIS PARALLEL UNIVERSE AND ALTERNATE REALITY WITH

CARE AND PATIENCE.I FILL THIS SPACE WITH POSITIVE

ENERGIES. I CONSTRUCT THE REALITY OF MY HOME IN THE

PARALLEL UNIVERSE.

PRACTICAL EXERCISES: I read a number of Science Fiction materials.

I do research on science fiction on the web. I join a few Groups and

Clubs, with people who share my interest in "Parallel Universes".

IV. MY PARALLEL UNIVERSE FAMILY AND SOCIETY: I CREATE

COLOUR: GREEN

1. Your psychic people should be your friends.

2. You can make your mental friends, human or superhuman, believable or unbelievable, the choice is yours.

3. Your psychic companions should keep you happy, appreciated and loved.

4. Your family can be re-created on the metaphysical plane, with all the qualities you admire in each of them. This mental projection on the psychic plane could bring positive changes in your real world.

5. Make your mental family as real as the physical family you need in this world.

6. Interact with your mental family during your times of mediation on the metaphysical plane of your existence.

7. Develop good memories with your metaphysical family.

8. Friends and relatives, from any time and period can be included in your mental family.

9. Feel at home with all the members of your mental family, and its positive effects will surely spill into the real world, with your real physical family.

10. Your mental family and friends will always exist on the parallel universe, in this way you will always have them around to love and comfort you.

VISUALIZATION: I am bathed in Green light as I meditate. I Visualize my family, friends and relatives in a parallel universe of my own creation, with all suitable surroundings where they and I are comfortable.

CHANT: I CREATE MY FAMILY AND SOCIETY IN THE PARALLEL UNIVERSE. I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS POSSIBLE AND I WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. WHATEVER I BELIEVE WILL BE AND IS POSSIBLE.

PRACTICAL EXERCISES: I write down all the impressions I receive on the concept of the Parallel Universe when I do my meditations. I keep a separate journal where I keep my records, on the parallel universe.

V. MY BELIEF IN THE PARALLEL UNIVERSE: I DISCOVER

COLOUR: YELLOW

1. All is not lost when we depart this Life.

2. We can be present in the world we create.

3. Our Soul will Guide us to the Parallel Universe, just Believe in the Alternative Reality of your existence.

4. Everything we Believe and Create must Exist.

5. For every positive there is a negative.

6. Every action in this world has a reaction in other parallel worlds.

7. Our Minds create our lives and our world.

8. Man mentally created this real, physical world of human existence.

9. God created our physical or our metaphysical world.

10. We can create our mental world, using our innate psychic abilities.

VISUALIZATION: I am bathed in Yellow light as I meditate. I visualize a world free from all forms of evil and crime. I visualize a world of peace, where harmony and brotherhood are the keywords.

CHANT: I DISCOVER A UTOPIA WHERE THERE IS PEACE AND HARMONY. I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS POSSIBLE AND KNOW THAT THIS WILL BE REVEALED TO ME IN TIME. I PATIENTLY WAIT FOR THIS REVELATION OF A PARALLEL UNIVERSE.

PRACTICAL EXERCISES: I read books and all types of materials on strange and unsolved mysteries. I read materials on " The Holy Grail", the legends of King Arthur and other myths, legends from the past.

VI. MY RELIGION: I TRUST

COLOUR: ORANGE

1. Keep your religion close and your beliefs even closer.

2. Your Soul knows its religion.

3. Your religion will guide your Soul.

4. Your religion will shape your mental world.

5. Your religion will guide you in a positive way.

6. You should be a strong follower and believer in your religion.

7. Develop a spiritual mental level, visualize your religion in meditation.

8. Worship in the physical and psychic planes of existence.

9. Build your mental plane Altar to your Faith and religion.

10. Visualize all the strong positive episodes and thoughts of your religion.

VISUALIZATION: I am bathed in orange light as I meditate.

I visualize new worlds of the future, which are waiting

to be discovered, in other parallel universes.

CHANT: I TRUST THE CONCEPT OF A PARALLEL UNIVERSE. I KNOW THAT ALL THE GOOD I DO IN THIS WORLD WILL BE MULTIPLIED SEVERAL TIMES IN OTHER DIMENSIONS, PARALLEL UNIVERSES, MULTIVERSES AND ALTERNATE REALITIES.

PRACTICAL EXERCISES: I read materials on UFOs, aliens and the Earth of the future.

VII. MY DEPARTURE: I FIND

COLOUR: RED

1. If we come from somewhere, we are all definitely going somewhere, from one plane of existence to another and another, throughout Eternity.

2. Death is the Exit from the physical world from one plane of existence to another.

3. Death is the Entry to the mental psychic plane.

4. Death sets your Soul free, after it has served its physical time.

5. Death gives your Soul freedom, from its physical shackles.

6. The psychic world you have created becomes your reality.

7. Your friends and family await your arrival on the Parallel Universes.

8. Your perfect psychic world awaits you , to continue your existence and work.

9. The Exit from this mental world leads you to the Realm of your Maker.

10. This Alternative Reality, prepares your Mind and Soul for the reality of the wonderful world of alternative Universes made by your Creator.

VISUALIZATION: I am bathed in Red light as I meditate. I visualize my religion and the powers of my imagination. I make my religion come alive in my Parallel Universe, which I have created with my imagination.

CHANT: I FIND THE PARALLEL UNIVERSE USING THE SECRET POWERS OF THE KNOWLEDGE I POSSESS AND THE KNOWLEDGE I SEEK.

PRACTICAL EXERCISES: I create a file containing all my experiences in my quest for a parallel universe. I know that such a parallel universe is not a figment of my imagination, but a reality.

1. Harvey G. and his family went for a vacation in the land of the Incas,

in the past and stayed with the Incas in an Inca village, in a parallel

universe.

2. Helen L. and her fiancé visited the Wild West in the past of 1825,

from her present of 2005.

Does Time travel have anything to do with Parallel Universes?

There must be a link. If we can travel into the future or into the past, we are definitely entering parallel universes.

Can we attune our minds to understand and experience the parallel universe phenomenon?

By recreating the past or creating the future, we are putting our minds into a form of parallel universe. The best way to attune our minds and our senses, is to think about the concept of parallel universes, during the times of meditation.

Can Autosuggestion help us to travel through time and to discover Parallel Universes?

Yes, Autosuggestion is a useful tool, by which we can travel through time into parallel universes, by suggesting to our minds to do so. Using autosuggestion we can direct our minds to receive impressions of parallel universes, which we can store in a notebook, for use as stories and poems later. The greatest poets and writers did discover their literary parallel universes, which they wrote about at length, these writings became the classics of literature.

It is the early sixteenth century and you are a traveler in quest of the Castle of 7 doors.

There is a storm and the forces of nature are preventing you from reaching your destination, the Castle of 7 doors.

Finally you arrive at the first door. There are 7 doors, matching the 7 colours of the spectrum. White light is divided into its 7 colours, when passing through a Prism. Your mind opens these doors, into your mind.

Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red are the colours of the 7 doors. Behind each door you will find a parallel universe, bathed in the colour of the door. The violet door will open into a parallel universe, similar to the present world, but cloaked in Violet light. Meet the people and travel to places in this dimension.

Imagine each door opening into a parallel universe, which is either past, present or the future of this world. Parallel universes are almost similar or identical in appearance to our world. The world in your mind is different from mine, we are all in parallel universes of parallel minds.
