An Overview
This Project has been undertaken in order to get the established organizations of the world to take part in the Preservation of the ANGLO-INDIAN Community in India and abroad .
Mr. Warren Brown, the Founder of "The Global Anglo-Indian Race Preservation Project" seeks the cooperation of those in the seats of power to step forward and give their total support.
The Project was not started with the object of creating a large Fund for the Community as the funds almost never get to the hands of the people and are scattered in false shows of "good work" being done.
The complete running of the Project will be placed in the hands of capable Non-Anglo-Indian Organization/s, by Mr. Warren Brown the Founder of "The Global Anglo-Indian Race Preservation Project"
OBJECTIVES
1. Sponsoring of skilled Anglo-Indian Families to Foreign countries like America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom.
2. Free Education for all Anglo-Indian students in India, sponsored by all Anglo-Indian Schools and Colleges.
3. Job placements for all educated Anglo-Indian students in India and Abroad.
4. Encourage the marriages of children of Anglo-Indians settled abroad, with those in India.
5. Encourage marriages between Europeans and Anglo-Indians in India.
6. Encourage Anglo-Indians to have more children in India and Abroad.
7.Educate the youth of the community on the rich culture and heritage of the race.
8. Purchase of land for residence for the poorer Anglo-Indians in India.
9. Purchase of land for residence for the new immigrant Anglo-Indians abroad.
10.Creating work opportunities for Anglo-Indians in India and Abroad.
11. Eradicating poverty in the Community.
12. Free Medical service to all Anglo-Indians in India and Abroad.
13. A pension for all Anglo-Indians over the age of sixty who do not receive pension from their old jobs or who were unemployed in their youth.
14. Entrepreneurship Development Programs for all Anglo-Indian youth in India and abroad.
PARTICIPANTS
1. All established Non-Anglo-Indian Organizations in India and Abroad.
2. All wealthy Anglo-Indians/Europeans in India and abroad only.
MANAGEMENT
1. Complete management is place in the hands of an established Global organization/s by the Founder of "The Global Anglo-Indian Race Preservation Project"
2.No form of Fund collection whatsoever will be done by the Founder or other individual members of "The Global Anglo-Indian Race Preservation Project".
3."The Global Anglo-Indian Race Preservation Project" , will not be a Registered body at any time.
4.No cash transactions will take place within "The Global Anglo-Indian Race Preservation Project".
5.Person to person contact only. It will be between the donor and the receiver, members of "The Global Anglo-Indian Race Preservation Project" bring the two together.
6.No fund-raising activities will be encouraged at any time by individuals or Anglo-Indian organizations or by any other organizations not directly connected with "The Global Anglo-Indian Race Preservation Project".

The Act of India, 1935 defines the Anglo-Indian as "a person, whose father or any of whose other male progenitors, in the male line is or was of European descent but who is a native of India."
