Warren, I am a frustrated retired person who is attempting to write, but find it harder than I ever imagined.
I have lots of things to write about and can talk about them to no end with no problem; however, when I sit down to write them they just don't come out like I want them to.
Any suggestions for a wanna-be writer?

8/29/2007 - You can be a Writer and an Author!
Posted by Warren Brown
The most important tools of a writer's kit used to be a note pad, a diary and a pen.In this day and age, if you happen to be computer friendly, you will need a folder labelled "Story ideas", on your computer, where you can place all your Word documents, with your ideas and jottings.

I now prefer to keep a Word document on every new idea, so I can go back later and develop it into a story or an article.

The first step in your case would be to make a list of each idea, encapsulate the whole concept in a few lines, the maximum being a four line paragraph.Write your ideas as they come, or you will lose them and never be able to find them again.Try these tips and keep me informed.

Thanks for visiting my website.I know that you really want to be a writer and I will encourage you all the way.

Write a paragraph on anything everyday.Later develop this into a page and before long you will be a writer.

Keep in touch.
