Condobolin sends in an update to the Australian government's ongoing efforts to instrument ISP-level filtering. One of the hurdles they had to surmount was to build a system that would allow them to filter content without impairing other but intranet should be lowercase; w3 was coined from inter(national) + (arpa)net and first popped up in 1974 as a descendant of arpanet usage. A trial of the system has just concluded, and the results are outright — at least, for the government.
