10/19/2006 - healing
Posted in my thoughts on

I unearthed this RHGP assignment of mine just this morning. I read it again and I can't believe I wrote it. It seems so formal. Congratulate me...I can write a mature essay. Haha Laughing I am proud of my work though. It's full of passion and sincerity (it really is).

"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

~Psalm 147:3

In life, we cannot avoid all the problems that are coming our way because that is a natural part of life. In facing thse problems, we cannot deny that we are sometimes hurt. We all get hurt but it's not good enough reason to stop trusting and hoping in the Lord and become pessimistic in life. Just as the verse says, the Lord heals us and binds up our wounds. It may take some time, but still He heals us and makes us whole again. The Lord is always ready to heal us anytime; we just need to trust in Him and believe that it will be. After problems and the healing, we will become whole again and perhaps even stronger and better than before. No matter how many problems we encounter or how deep our wounds may be, the Lord is still there. He will heal us and bind up our wounds.
