Hurm...ahakz....Actually,IL give a lot of  information about the latest technology..For example, we can build our own diary or blog or journal using Internet...Il also gives us the information about the computer language,software,wireless,.blue tooth,electronic commerce,telecommunication,network application,informations systems like ethics,privacy and security,and so on...Through IL,we can also build our business by using computer and network,so that our business work perfectly and  smoothly.

 Like me..as a teenager...live in a modern life....If i want to find a new friend from others country...others colleague ...others school...others state...it is too easy to find it..Just sign up in a social networking websites like myspace..friendster..tagged...face book..paagi....and so on..By using this websites,I have almost two thousand friends around the world!!!!ahakz........Like flickr websites..we can easily upload and share our personal pictures..Our friend can view our profile and look out our latest and sweet momment picture.

In this subject..we are also learn about Information systems,Management and Decision making.If infuture,I become manager of Software or something that related with computer department, I think i can handle it without any doubt...As we know,manager has many things to do rite??So in IL we already now that manager have three basic roles.

(i)Interpersonal roles: figurehead, leader, liaison

(ii)Information roles   : monitor, disseminator, spokesperson,analyzer

(iii)Decisional roles    :entrepreneur, disturbance handler, resource allocator,negotiator

 So in this case,as a manager,I must make a good decision and be a good leader to avoid my workers achievement going down. It is hard to make a good decisions without valid and relevant information.

For your knowledge, information is vital each phase and activity in the decision-making process. Furthermore, thats time,I as a manager,need IT support very much to make a good decision without valid and relevant information:

1. IT is a key to good decision making is to explore and compare many relevant alternatives. So ,if the more alternatives that exist, the more computer-assisted search and comparisons are needed

2. I as a manager actually cannot make a decisions in pressure.So I need IT to process information to be effective.

 More over, IL also provide me to planning for acquiring and maintaining information systems..The IT strategic plan is a set of long-range goals that describes the IT infrastructure and identify the major IT initiatives need to achieve the goals of my organization. Furthermore the IT steering committee actually is very important in my future organizations. This committee is set up to establish IT priorities and to ensure that the MIS function is meeting the needs of the enterprise ....

 Other than that , IL also provide me to managing knowledge and data.These things can make me more easy in my future as a manager although the process acquiring , keeping and managing data is becoming increasingly difficult.I also learn how to use database perfectly in managing the data.It quite interesting and quite difficult to do it in the first.The knowledge management in IL is actually process

that helps my future organizations manipulate important knowledge that is part of my future organizations memory.

 In the nutshell, I think IL is a one subject that can help me in my future.It also can help me be more effective  as a manager...It gives me a lot of knowledge that cant easily to reach it..So that, I hope im not wasting time with take IL subject....Daaaa~~~~~~~~~
