Linspire for Free

Posted on Wednesday, September 7, 2005 in Information Technology

Linspire used to be called "Lindows" until Microsoft made them change the name.  They market themselves as the easiest to use and set-up Linux distribution available and last weekend (still going on till the end of the 6th) they are giving it away for free (normally $49.95 USD).

Here is a link to the site to get it for free.
This is an ad revenue sharing blog.

The instructions are there with how to get it for free.  I'm hoping to look at it to see how easy it is to use to see if it actually is a viable alternative to Windows on the desktop for YWAM.
