Good Sermon Podcast

Posted on Monday, October 24, 2005 in Personal
I've been looking for a while for a good sermon podcast.  Every once in a while I will find one, subscribe to one and unfortunately unsubscribe from it a few weeks later.

Last month however I actually found a sermon podcast that I have so far found to be quite good.  Here is a link to their web-site.

I think that part of the reason why I have been drawn to it is because the first podcast that I heard was about the same versus that were spoken about in the sermon that I heard when I finally gave my life and plans over Christ.  Those versus in Exodus 4 talk about Moses laying down his staff and not picking it back up again until God told him to.

For me that really spoke to me about where I was at with life.  I was actually at a business seminar trying to learn how to make myself rich.  Instead I was offered an opportunity to hand all my plans, my future and my life over to God and trust Him with my future.  In some ways it sounded (and still does sound at times) pretty scary and radical, but it was, and still is, the only thing that really makes sense...
