Sorry for the Problems
Journal Home was struck by lightning last week and it destroyed most of the data that was on this site from November 2005 till now. This probably includes the article that you were looking for, I'm really sorry about that.I have a local backup of all my data, so if the site administrator can't get it fixed soon I will be reposting all the articles, one by one, so it will be a painfull process, but not as painfull as completely loosing everything.
Again, I'm very sorry about this. It shows one of the perils of hosting with someone other than yourself I guess..
