Juice
Apple decided to get nasty and go after the iPodder people to get them to change the name of their podcast receiver. The guys over their have done a fantastic product that works on Macs, PCs and Linux and they have a great name going for them, so it's kind of a shame that Apple's gone about doing this, but as they said, it's not too surprising.Here is a clip from the announcement of their name change, and a link to the full post:

Well we all knew it was coming. Apple went after us over the "iPod" part in our name. The claim we were decieving users that our software was connected to Apple's iPod device, morons.It'll continue to be my receiver of choice, even if it is a different name, it's a just a shame that Apple decided to be, as Scott Grayban said in the quote above, morons...
We have moved now !! Our new name is "Juice" or "Juice Reciever".
