Strange Advertising?
I was watching some TV tonight and saw a Christmas Ad on TV for Vodaphone featuring a large pine tree and a lot of snow. For the northern hemisphere that's probably pretty normal, but here in Australia it's summer. In Townsville we will probably be in about 37C (100F) heat with 80 - 90% humidity. And yet a lot of companies still use snow and winter images for their advertising over here.Must be the Hollywood and TV influence I suppose...
