Lawsuits have gone too far...
One of the most exciting day for
my wife and I during the pregnancy with our first child Caleb and with
our second child, 26-weeks pregnant, was going to the radiologist for
the ultrasound to find out if the baby was a boy or a girl.
With Caleb we found out it was going to be a boy and with our second
child we have been told that there is an 80% chance that it is going to
be a girl. I say 80% because they can't be sure, but we know
that so we are keeping our receipts and not going too crazy with
pink...I could not imagine the disappointment that my friends David and Ulani Couper would have experienced when they went for their 21-week scan hoping to find out if it was going to be a girl or a boy only to be told that they hospital wasn't telling people any more! It seems that the hospital was sued for getting it wrong, so now they aren't taking any risks so they just aren't telling people anything.

David on Thursday, January 19, 2006Keeping the reciepts is a good idea.
I think people who sue hospitals over stuff like that should at least get community service!!!
