Increase Interaction in a Group or Presentation
In my previous post Delivering Web Site Training for our Staff I wrote a bit about my frustration in training people of various skill levels and getting them to participate in the conversation. I asked for feedback from people about how to better cater for that and get interaction. I got no feedback...But that's okay, I found some stuff anyways and I figured that I would share it with the one or two people that might actually read this post.
On Lifehacker there was an article entitled How to get people to interact in a group or presentation, and the point of the post was that instead of asking people if they had any questions, you ask them "What questions do you have?". This implies that they should have questions and you expect them to ask it. There are also some good suggestions in comments on that post.
Good idea, now if I could only try to apply that same principle to my blog...
