David Ring: An Amazing Motivational Speaker and Evangelist
One of the things that I tried during that time was Amway.
Amway runs a lot of conferences, normally about one per month, that as a distributor you are expected to try to attend. At one of those conferences up in Edmonton in November 1997 they had a guest speaker named David Ring. What he said during the conference changed my life, maybe not how the Amway hosts would have liked as I stopped trying to "do" Amway, but it changed my life for the better.
David Ring has Cerebral Palsy but has excelled as a motivational speaker and evangelist. Here is a blurb from his web-site:
