Back from Adelaide
After Tamara's Grandfather suffered a stroke a few weeks ago we decided to make a quick trip down to Adelaide to be with the family.The last time that I saw Tamara's grandfather was up here in Townsville him and I went out for lunch. I wrote about that here with my article "Lunch with Pop". I have to admit that it is one of my favourite posts on this site.
The change in his condition from that visit to after the stroke is pretty dramatic. He has now moved into a nursing home, which is a big change from living in an independent retirement village. Tamara's Grandmother is still living in the village, but it is associated with the nursing home, so it's easy for her to visit.
