When Will Telstra.com Support Firefox
Since I have been out of Australia for almost three months I have had to rely a lot more on on-line banking and paying my bills on-line. We bank with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, which has pretty good on-line banking facilities. Through there we are able to pay most of our bills, and it works great with Internet Explorer, or Firefox.Our phone plan is through Telstra and I need to pay for that on their web-site by credit card. Unfortunately I can't use Firefox, my prefered browser, to make payments on the Telstra web-site, I have to resort back to using Microsoft Internet Explorer. That's a bit frustrating, especially when I forget that fact between making payments and then get worried when Telstra refuses to accept my credit card details.
If this is a problem with Firefox I wonder how many other browsers and platforms have problems with Telstra.com? Does anyone out there know if Mac users can use it, or Linux users? Has anyone read of any plans by Telstra to fix this problem?
