Jessica in Hospital - No Walking Video This Week
On Sunday we spent a good part of the day in hospital with Jessica. She was having a lot of trouble breathing, so we took her to the Townsville Hospital emergency department to have her checked out.When we were in London Jessica had a lot of trouble breathing and we ended up in hospital for three days (you can read the article at our ministry site.). There they diagnosed her with asthma so we had a puffer for her, but that wasn't helping us on Sunday.
Here in Australia they are hesitant to diagnose kids with asthma until they are at least 5 so that they can actually do the breathing tests required. As such she was diagnosed with bronchiolitis at the Townsville Hospital and sent home later in the afternoon.
While there Jessica managed to vomit all over her clothes, and cover my shirt with vomit. I had to wear one of the nice, attractive, green hospital scrubs home. We will be bringing it back with us when we go back to hospital for Caleb's bowel biopsy I guess...
