Getting Lucky on Outreach
We just sent our April Discipleship Training School on outreach into North Queensland in the new Oka. They will be gone for about 10-weeks and regularly updating stories in the news section of the Reef to Outback web-site. They have been doing a lot of preparation since the beginning of the school and there is already some very exciting stories about the outreach team.Something that I don't think that they are doing, but that they might want to consider doing, is wearing a name tag (not like the Mormon's, but a simple written name tag) ...
Don't believe me? Well watch this video about Scott Ginsberg, who some people consider to be one of the luckiest people on earth:
So what do you think now?
Wearing a name tag could be a fantastic opportunity to start conversations and get to meet people on outreach. I don't think that I would advocate tattooing your name on your chest, but a name tag on you shirt could be a great way to open up more opportunities to share the gospel.
