Ken Mulligan - Townsville Citizen of the Year
Ken Mulligan is the director of Youth With A Mission - Reef to Outback here in Townsville.During the Australia Day celebrations here in Townsville Ken was named the Townsville City Council's Citizen of the Year, which is a pretty exciting honour.
