Success!!!

Well, I got my feedback back from my first six activities and they were all good!  That was encouraging, especially after wanting to snap my laptop in half yesterday trying to figure out some of the stuff in Microsoft Excel.  I have come to realize that I really need more patience with myself.  I seem to have patience with other people helping them with things on the computer, but if I can't figure it out myself right away I can get pretty down on myself...

This morning was a good time at worship, sort of.  It was not good because Tamara was not feeling well and stayed at home.  It was good for me though because we had a time of prayer and I went up to the front.  Four different people prayed for me and it was good, a real message from God, and it was in the right order as well, which was amazing.  I wrote down a lot of the notes from it so that I don't forget, as I need stuff like that.  Also by writing it down it helps me to share it with Tamara since she wasn't here.

Probably one of the main things that came out of it for me to do is to be more disciplined, especially in my relationship with God and taking care of myself.  This will include things like not staying up until 2:00 am trying to study (as I did last night and as would explain me wanting to snap my laptop in half), so I will be going to be earlier, and getting up earlier, around 6:30, which for me will be early, and having a cup of coffee and spending some time with God by praying or reading the bible.  Sounds simple, but it's stuff that I need to do to get myself more disciplined and in better physical and emotional health.

Also, I need to kill all these stupid fruit flies that are in my office because SOMEONE left fruit out for the weekend!!!

Hey Bill
That last entry was pretty intense - a lot going on. It is difficult to change a lifestyle and get up early. Ulani and I are trying that right now...with little success!!
Well done on the first 6 weeks of the project, keep going - you are gonna do well!!!
There is a place of excercise called Molly's you should think about being more regular at - they offer great exercise in the form of one arm curls!!!
bye for now
