New IT Schedule - Training Update
We have set-up a new schedule for our IT area. We are now closed on Wednesday and Friday morning so that Sam and I can both do some training. Sam's doing a bunch of training on-line from the Microsoft Office web-site, I'm doing my Certificate course. It will be interesting to see if people respect the new schedule...Today I submitted activities 7 - 14 of my training course to get checked out. I am hoping that they get checked as quick as the other ones so that I can keep moving on it. I have not yet actually done any assessments yet, but I am hoping to do at least my first one this week.
I'm going to be trying to load Windows XP Service Pack 2 on my computer before I go home tonight. My only worry is if Goldmine will continue to run locally on my computer. I guess if that is the case though I can still get access to it through one of our Terminal Servers. We'll see how we go, but I will make sure to back everything up before I load it...
That's all for now, it's a short one. I'll let you know how it goes, although if it goes poorly then I probably won't be able to update you for a while...
