I've grown tired of waiting for Codexed to reopen. It's a waste of time and sadly, it turned out to be a waste of money as well. I had just paid for a year of service when the site went down. It's been over a year now, and they're having trouble with their host, and thus far all that's been accomplished is to improve upon the forums. Diary-X was the best single-entry interface (one entry per page) journal service online, but the wait has left me with no confidence that Codexed will ever be up and running again.

I think JH is going to be my permanent home and I'm giving serious thought to moving as many of my old journal entries as I can to this blog. I'll post date them of course, but they'll still show up in the order in which they're posted which might be a bit confusing to passers-through.

I think it will be worth the effort but it will take awhile. I'm still debating though because the dating will be a bit off.

Good to see comments up and running! Thanks so much for the compliments on my pictures. You are more than welcome to use any of them that you like. ;) Just clue me in on how you managed it if you make any money off of one.

Long time no talk :) I have absolutely no idea how I found your journal but I began searching different sites and found you. YAY!! I'm still blogging from time to time at knittinwitch over on livejournal and just started a new blog on deadjournal under the name autumnsidhe.

I haven't been online much these past few months because I have spent as much time with my dad as I could. He was diagnosed with lung cancer in October and we lost him just a month ago. It was so fast and we just weren't prepared.

I am slowly returning to the "real world" and journaling again and wanted to get back in touch.

Hope you are doing well!!
