That's right, kiddies.
Ignore the fact that human remains have never been found along side the remains of dinosaurs.
Ignore the carbon dating that separates man from dinosaurs by millions of years.
Ignore the evidence of skeletal differences between the first humans and humans as we know them today.
Ignore the obvious changes that have happened within the animal, plant and human species, as evidenced by the billions of fossils, bones and other archaeological samples scientists have discovered.
Ignore the obvious changes the planet itself has made from Pangea to now.
Ignore the evidence of devastating and disastrous changes in climate, temperature and landscape.
Ignore the fact that the various types of exploration and dating technology clearly show the earth to be millions of years older than the bible says it is.
Ignore the multiple bacteria and viruses (like Tuberculosis) that have evolved to create drug-resistant (as in, resistant to many antibiotics, making the discovery of new types of antibiotics imperative) strains, thereby increasing their chances for survival.
Go ahead, stick your heads in the mud or put your fingers in your ears and screech 'la la la, I can't hear yoooooooooooooooooooooooooou!!' when faced with the evidence that not only is the bible an egregiously innaccurate record of human history, it's also woefully (laughably) innaccurate and in many cases simply wrong about the Earth's natural history as well.
How can faith alone be enough to make people cling to this book when faced with all of the tangible, physical scientific evidence we have before us? To the woman in the video who commented that people think christians are ignorant, well, there's a good body of evidence to support that conclusion.
When people ignore what is before them in favor of putting more stock in a book that was selectively compiled several centuries ago by fallible humans with an agenda and a self-serving editorial policy, what other reasonable conclusion can be reached?
Fundamentalist christian treatment options:
Yeesh. These people had better hope we don't ever get hit with another outbreak of anything nasty. Cemeteries will run out of space and funeral directors will have to resort stacking them up in the corner of the cemeteries like lego blocks.
But on the good side, Falwell's dead now.... Though I'm sure there are plenty poised to take his place.
