blunder

in the recesses of my mind, in the deepest corners of my aching heart i know that i have committed a blunder which i now bow truly because i am sorry for and yet no amount of apology could ever compensate for the reparation my forgetfulness has brought about one grueling cold day. It brought the demise of everyone myself including. twas an unfortunate day, the day of condemnation of the souls of the sinful such as myself, the day when the whole world turns its back on you, and you only feel the bitterness and angst they all feel for you. the day has come when the tears you shed are only of regret and remorse and nothing more would be spared for you than the unhappiness and betrayal the world’s eyes have cast upon you. and so it seems that when you have got nothing else to lose, you lost the rest and yourself is all you have left. |
