I Seek, Find But Not Lose

Seek and one will find

Find and one will cherish

Cherish and one will recall

Recall and one will not be forgoten

For when you seek one which you wish to possess

And finds that one is in other's hands

To cherish the one which you cannot have

Is the only way to recall and not forget

That cause for which this great awakening has sparked

That ultimate satisfaction for the long quest

Almost at the tip of one's finger but nonetheless

Still a million miles away from reality of this life

When they find the search is over and done

What good when the end is not a happy one?

One's sacrifice leads to the other's fulfillment

One's downfall leads to the other's success

Who takes the fall and who grabs victory?

The answer on someone's hand should rest

Seek, find, cherish and remember

For in time memories are only ones to last forever

Find love and seek nothing in return

For love given is not lost only a fuel to burn
