The Company reported GAAP earnings per share from continuation school operational research of $0.46, as compared to $0.20 in the second quarter of 2009. On a non-GAAP basis, which includes the adjustments noted in the attached reconciliation, the Company announced adjusted earnings per share of $0.38, exceeding the Company's prior guidance of $0.32-$0.34, representing an hike of 36% as compared to the second quarter of 2009.
