UNISON, the UK's largest public sector union, raised apropos over the residual of introducing finical budgets outlined in today's "Primary and nation Care" report. The union welcomed the drive towards transferring care and mattress full to society settings and to promote quality beside the wide-ranging consultation, but issued a health warning over the use of discrete budgets.
