It is quite natural that human beings draw guidance from many things and people around them .Coming to children, they may get guidance not only from lessons but also through toys. In this context, Barbie plays a role of adviser to the young girls. Though it is true  that inspiration could come through character ,Michael Jackson and Joan Rivers said that Barbie can guide future women.

Barbie's career has taken on many dozens of themes .This wide selection of work tells that women are not less equal to men in any aspect. Barbie is not completely confined to her outer beauty .She viewed more about her inner beauty.

Though Barbie is a mere marketing tool, it gave hope and freedom for generations. It will be better to have men and women working collectively at an institution.

The author feels glad to see women, who were actively working in many difficult jobs, like journalism, where men are trying to hammer a nail using their foreheads. According to him women in work force could provide equity and can change this conservative world.

Entrance of women to the field of job created a new revolution.

Today women are able to handle jobs ranging from politician to NASA scientist. He exemplified Sandra Day O Connor, who was the first woman justice in Supreme court of US, Rankin who was the first woman elected to congress, representing Montana state,and Ride, who was the first woman to reach stars who proved that they can equally work with guys.

 Similarly Barbie also tries to inspire the young girls through her career modeling.
