The people I see, don't care for me... ............The reality I see is the need for speed. I feel the grip, I hate the greed, it's really not me, ....................it's the need for speed. I don't have your attention I won't learn, listen or read. ........I don't follow or lead, I just the need my speed. I lost what's true, and good about me, .........that worries me much less, than the need for speed. I feel my soul bleed, cause I did the deed. ..................I want to be freed, from the need for speed. God?..... I'm sorry! .....I beg ....and I plead! ..... please take me away from...... the need for speed! |
