If I were you I would buy a trench coat and dark glasses. What next? I also did not know that your city depended on tourism. I'll bet it's beautiful. I saw a "House Hunters International" featuring the Netherlands. Fascinating. The houses were different than what I know, but really cool. I also got the chance to go into work and they had three clocks: St. Louis, Chennai, and Amsterdam. I probably wouldn't have given either a second thought if I didn't know you through the internet. Reforming self-centered Americans one by one.

did spying that is not espionage come under the definition of being a security threat to a nation?

unless there is something more sinister in what is claimed by the Moroccans and is privy to the authorities in Holland.

Well, that's because the extreme rightwing parties we have in this country are gaining popularity, and they make such a fuss about these things, that in order to fight them off, the longer established parties are hysterical about these themes. It is a load of nonsense, but our government and Parliament are at times, stir crazy, when it comes to foreign influences in this country.
