For Estate Planning Purposes My Sister Is going to be My Power Of Attorney

Estate planning always looks like it's about money and belongings, yet it's also about protecting your best interests. Many people end up finding themselves in positions where they are unable to make decisions for themselves.

In these instances, you want someone you can depend on. My power of attorney because of these type of medical situations and so forth is going to be my sister. I am also likely to name her as executor of my will. I've not quite gotten that far yet, but I'm going to get all of that laid out sooner than later.
