ORD, loh!

I'm back to play World of Warcraft big time. Not that I've got a lot of time, serving NS and all. Which also explains why I'm still level 40 after a month.. Heh.

The men had their ORD parade yesterday. Coincidently, it's on Friday the 13th. Other than a heavy rain before it started, everything else went smoothly. Thanks to our RSM.

And as commanders, we gotta do what we can to bring out the best from the men. But, what if the commander himself behaves like the men? Does being an NSF justifiy poor motivation? Lack of integrity? Doing only the minumum?

What should I do? What can I do?

Damnit, think, Sergeant Eugene, think!
