Can't you block him/her? Dosen't my space have a thing where you can say who can and cannot contact you? And if he/she is trying to contact you via other means such as e-mail and such you should be able that as well.

I use to have someone trying to stalk me via AIM, and like for a while everytime I tried to block him he would constantly be comming up with new SNs untill I think he finally got the message.

I like the name HippieZoe by the way.
