The Jan Aardens have been sought the world over for there toughness and tenacity. The Jan Aardens also became the classic cross for the Janssen’s to create the best middle distance pigeons. No one made the power and courage that lies in the Jan Aardens more obvious to the pigeon world than Piet Lazeroms. After the untimely death of Piet Lazeroms in 2005 Dorel Borlovan of the International Breeding Station in the United States acquired the entire collection of Pier Lazeroms Jan Aardens. Over 280 birds not one birds was left behind.
Dorel Borlovan’s International Breeding Station also purchased an entire round from Jan Ernest’s Jan Aarden family in 2004 and in 2005 on the advise of both Piet Lazeroms and Jan Ernest. They both agreed that the two Jan Aarden families could create an improved pigeon. The birds were purchased by Dorel for his own loft to fulfill his commitment he made to both Jan Ernest and Piet Lazeroms to do everything in his power to keep their work alive of producing better and better long distance pigeons.
In 2006 Dorel asked Hugo Batenburg if he would mate the best 15-20 pairs in his loft and breed him a complete round from his best. Hugo already becoming a fine friend of Dorel agreed. Dorel has two Grandsons and two granddaughters of NL 1533120 the legendary Witbuik cock. This cock was one of the best long distance breeders ever in Holland.
Hugo and Dorel each bought a child from the Euro-diamond in 2006 a cock and a hen. Dorel’s cock will have his first breeding year in Hugo’s Batenburg’s breeding loft
Dorel does not sell any of the imported pigeons as they were purchased for his own breeding loft. However, a few 2007 youngster are available from the best of both Piet Lazeroms, Jan Ernest and Hugo Batenburg.

Both Jan Ernest and Piet Lazeroms both agreed that the cross between their two inbred families of pure Jan Aardens could produced a better Jan Aarden. He also purchased a complete round from the best of Hugo Batenburg an amazing long distance champion that all of Europe is raving about.
The name Gommaire Verbruggen is synonymous with excellence. It has been said that Gommaire Verbruggen is the face of pigeon racing in Belgium. Dorels middle distance collection includes the best from Gommaire Verbruggen and Frans Van Roey. Frans Van Roey owned the Godfather from Verbruggens Golden pair, a full brother of Verbruggens Kletskop.

Final Disposition of Piet Lazeroms' and Jan Aarden's Family of Birds

CLARIFICATION OF MISUNDERSTANDING
There has been some confusion especially in Holland about the final disposition of Piet Lazeroms_ Jan Aarden family Birds. After Piet_s death in May of 2005 Dorel Borlovan of International Breeding Stations of the U.S.A. bought the entire collection of Piet Lazeroms pigeons--over 280 birds not one birds was left behind. Jan De Jongh and Willem van Breene then transported the birds to the loft of Raymond Moleveld where they remained until they were shipped to Dorel in the U.S.A. where the entire collection now resides. Dorel purchased these pigeons for his own loft and does not intend to sell any of the birds he purchased from Piet Lazeroms. Dorel Borlovan_s International Breeding Station also purchased an entire round from Jan Ernest_s Jan Aarden family in 2004 and in 2005 on the advise of both fanciers. They both agreed that the two Jan Aarden family would create an improved pigeon. Again, Willem van Breene was used to pick and transport both the 2004 and 2005 round of Jan Ernest Birds to Dorel Borlovan in the U.S.A. While Dorel does not to sell any of the imported pigeons a few youngster are available from the best of both Piet Lazeroms and Jan Ernest.

After the sad death of Piet Lazeroms in May of last year, Dorel Bolovan of the International Breeding Station bought his entire loft of 280 pigeons. The Golden Loft. Piet Lazeroms had the finest collection of Jan Aardens in the world. His pigeons have won more national and international races than any other strain.
Our commitment is to keep this family of pigeons intact, and we will never sell any of the breeders, we will only sell youngsters.
The price will be $1000, $1500 and $2500 each depending on the mating. Do not let this golden opportunity pass you by.
