HAMILTON, Bermuda----Quanta Capital funds Ltd. announced today that it has increased the purchase price of its previously announced tender offer for any and all of its issued 10.25% Series A Preferred Shares from $21.50 per share to $22.50 per share, net to the sellers in cash.
