A customer urging and loyalty study, conducted by Engaged Marketing, suggests that many businesses have a huge room to grow even in a mouse economy. The anatomy of five major Australian business sectors utilised the highly regarded Net Promoter Score®, which has an acknowledged link to pursuit growth, to measure performance. Only 2 out of 31 brands achieved world class scores and only 7 achieved a unqualified score.
