Citing the slate's "minimalist, modern form," departmental judge Johanna Brueckner-Hoffmann resolute that Samsung's tablet bears a "clear llc.cite this source roget's ii: the new thesaurus of similarity" with the iPad 2, thereby meriting a nationwide ban.
