5.    Moisturizing

Always see to it that your skin is smooth and moisturized. Apply moisturizing cream at least once a week and use lotion everyday. Dry skin does not really complement a toned body. Skin care is just as important as proper hygiene and a balanced diet. It’s part of a healthy lifestyle as well as it promotes your overall well-being.
