It is no longer new to you that foods that cause serious diseases to our body are red meat and processed foods because of the substances they contain. When you eat red meat all the time but not getting enough exercise and detoxification to eliminate the harmful fats accumulated inside your body, then you can be sure that you are heading to a danger zone of serious medical condition and diseases. Seafood is universally good for our heart and in our body for that matter; good cholesterol if I may say.
