Posted in Unspecified

Photography is the method or the art of producing images of objects on the sensitized surfaces through the chemical action of the light or of the other forms of the radiant energy as the x-rays, gamma rays or cosmic rays and it had begun with the camera and the basic thought has been around since from the 5th century B.C. For centuries these were only thoughts until the Iraqi had augmented something which is called as the camera obscura sometime in the 11th century and still then, the camera did not actually record images and basically projected them onto another surface. Images were likewise in the upside down position. The first camera obscuras used a pinhole in a tent to project an image from outside the tent into the darkened area and it took until the 17th century for camera obscuras to be made, small enough to be portable and basic lenses to be added.

Selecting on the subject to photograph is an area which can make a lot of thoughts for the reason that you will not just be limited to your imagination and there are exercises wherein they can let you walk a couple of feet and you have to find something attractive to photograph at that spot. Once you have already the subject in mind you will need to prepare the camera to get the utmost work of art in your photograph as possible and anything that takes away from the main subject or is disturbing should be left out of photograph. Try to turn the camera in different angles and positions, and you can be astonished by how the least turn changes the composition totally.

In general, people will know how to utilize a camera to some degree, even if this can mean basically pointing as well as clicking at a selective subject but those ready to take their photography in the next level can do so by learning some of the guidelines. There can be a series of techniques and tricks for basic photography and this can include the framing, f-stop, rule of thirds, double exposure and painting with light. The picture of an unusual subject can frequently be ruined by uninteresting or lifeless surroundings or a busy environment which can able to compete with the subject for the attention. In these instances it aids to veal a natural frame to reduce as much of the excess as possible as well as obtain the subject into concentration and this can mean shooting through a gap between trees, an open window or an archway.

Changing the depth of field or f-stop on the lens allows you to change depth of focus; on non digital SLR cameras you can do this by twisting the camera's outer ring and digital cameras generally require you to hold down the aperture button while rotating a selection dial and you can change the f-stop to settings such as f/4, f/5.6, f/8, f/11, f/16 or f/22. The smaller number means a wider lens aperture which will focus all the attention and concentration on the subject and blur the background; in contrast, the higher number means a narrow aperture giving clarity to more of the picture helpful for landscape photographs.

Placing the subject of interest in the center of the picture can be all right but such a composition can seem to be uninteresting as well as dull. re is a need for you to ide your camera view into thirds by means of placing the two imaginary horizontal lines through it; divide it into three equal columns by placing two invisible vertical lines, these lines will cross at four points; position your subject at one of these four cross-sections for a more interesting photo; double exposure mixes two images into one photograph for artistic and creative effect.

One of the ways to do this is by covering the part fo the lens and then capture a picture and then repeat this procedure with the other part of the lens covered instead. One film frame can capture multiple images; use a tripod and shoot in medium or low lightning for the best double exposure effects; place a camera proficient of long exposure on a tripod in a dark location away from any light; change to a long exposure time and click the shutter release button; shine a flashlight at the area you are taking the picture of; imagine that your flashlight is a paintbrush and you are painting light into the area because that is efficiently what you are doing and the areas where you shine the beam of the flashlight will be lit up in the photo and the longer you hold it in a spot, the brighter that spot will be.
