EXH says "I love you"
| I dunno what is going on in my EXH's head but outta nowhere, he has started up with the "I love you"'s again! I am unsure if the re is an insecure issue going on. I dunno if it is the fact he knows I am completely single again, which may give him the impression he has a shot. I dunno if it is pent up emotions he has been too scared to vocalize in the past. I just dunno. But whatever it is, it is sure enough creeping me out. And I really wish he would stop it. ANd what exactly do you say when you EXH starts saying shit like that to you again? All I can come up with is the bullshit line of "I know. Everyone does." Damn!?!? It leaves me on the spot and unsure of what to say, how to stop it, and a tiny bit nervous. I love him in the aspect of "Aww I have a kid that looks like you and I know I will have to tolerate you worthless ass forever so might as well be nice about it." but not in the "I love you becaue I love who you are" way. I think that is what he is aiming for but it is never gonna happen... NEVER! I mean, yes we have been married forever. But we have been split up just as long. And yes we haven't got the divorce to finalize but who can afford it and when I can he fights me on it the whole way so it is hard. I am confused about what is going on in my life...SERIOUSLY! |
