| I signed my son up to learn to be violent. I am not sure if this is a good idea or not, due to the fact he has a predisposition to violence anyways (look at his family history). But it is something he can do with other kids and it is exercise so I am going to try it for right now and see how it works out for all of us. First lemme tell you the reason he is doing this sport instead of any other ones. When football sign-ups were going on, I couldn't afford it. That was the first choice at what he really wanted to do. I had no warning for it so in turn I had no chance to try to save the money for it. But this program has special rates for single moms and it will work with you on the payment plans. That makes it a lot easier on me, money-wise. On top of that, I believe he thinks I love Jay more because she is a lot more demanding of my time and energy. This is going to give him a chance to shine and be the center of all things. At times I wish he knew that in my mind he is the center of all things. Yes Jay is too, but he is probably a little more. But I think he needs the actual reminder at this point in his life and I need to give it to him to keep him on track. So here I am, dreading the whole thing to a point but willing to do it for the well-being of my child. Is that a good mom or what? |
