Well, so I've been waiting for Samsungparts.com to get us the camcorder battery and charger I ordered back on December 16th.  Of course, I called yesterday (12/23) and found out that the parts JUST came in and they would be shipping it that same day once they charged my CC (debit card).

I got an email this morning from Debra indicating my CC declined.  But, I have money in my checking account!  This is ridiculous.  I shouldn't have to pay 3-day air for the shipment either since I had initially done so to get the parts to us by Christmas to tape Olivia's first Christmas!!

I have NEVER been so DISSATISFIED in my entire life!  NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING OFF OF SAMSUNGPARTS.COM.  I warn you!  They are horrible.

I called and left a message (of course the office is closed) and I sent an email.  I want a Supervisor/Manager to call me back ASAP because this is ridiculous.  I should be compensated for their delay (since I was NEVER notified of the part order delay) and I should not have to pay shipping since they screwed me over. 

Literally, up the butt without vasoline!

I expect to hear something back on Monday... and I'll let you all know how it goes.

So much for trying to get thins accomplished.  On top of it all, Olivia is sick.  Cold.  But at least Jim helped out with her last night.  I have been just about at my witt's end lately.  With the holiday season, depression, and nagging.  I don't know how much more 'balancing' I can do before I crack.  I may need to have the doctor up my meds.  Well, I'll have to start remembering to take them.  I barely have time to eat or breathe lately.

Although, I did back bon-bons and peanutbutter/chocolate chip brownies yesterday.  I am going to make some chocolate peanut butter chip cookies today.

Argh.  Bah-humbug.  I need something to go right for me for once!  I start my normal work schedule on Monday.
