Wow... it's a holiday and I actually have off work. I worked Easter... and will most likely have to work either Thanksgiving or Christmas. 

I was thinking the other day.... yes, I said I was thinking....

Last year around this time I was gathering ideas for Grandma & Grandpa's big anniversary party... brain storming. This year would have been the big one on May 25th. 60 years, if Gramps hadn't passed away last September. I didn't say anything to Grams when I saw here that day... but everyone else in the family has helped her move and cleared/cleaned her old apartment. She's moving into a senior housing facility.

I had a call at work from a man who had recently recovered from a stroke. Thought of Grandpa. Thought about how this past year has been so... eventful. Highs and lows.

When Sister May was in town, we went to visit Grandpa's crypt... but I couldn't see so high. Barely could open my eyes because of how bright it was. I think I neglected to mention this in an earlier post. It was kind of funny, how we couldn't find the crypt after searching and searching until she finally stopped by the Keeper's house to ask.

My eye appointment is in 2 weeks, I think. I'll keep you apprised of the developments... if I have to see a UV-itis (Iritis) specialist and if I need the steriod injected directly into my eye.

I think I've been neglecting to post a lot lately. Maybe I'm trying NOT to think about it too much...

Did I mention that I have a beautiful neice that may be modelling? Jim was also selected by the modelling agency, but we can't afford the headshots. Horray for my Neice! Good luck!
